This coffee comes from a single farm in the Toabre district, Coclé, Panama. Certified results: 85.75 SCA score by Q-Grader Valentina Pedrotti, with perfect 10/10 scores for uniformity and clean cup, and zero defects across the entire sample. 76% of beans screen at size 18 or above — large, dense, and fully developed. That density is what gives the cup its character: thick, creamy, and persistent on the palate long after the last sip.
